3. Action Taken Upon Receipt of DMCA Notice:

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will take the following actions:

  • Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • Notify the user responsible for the content of the DMCA notice and provide them with the opportunity to submit a counter-notification.

4. Counter-Notification:

If you believe your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled.
  • Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which PettyCare may be found.
